Ben ritrovati amici della community! E’ da poco uscita una nuova espansione ed è quindi giunto il momento di tornare con una nuova puntata di Historic Inspiration. In questo caso abbiamo chiesto aiuto alla nostra community, attraverso questo contest, e la risposta è stata fantastica. Nel giro di pochi giorni ci siamo ritrovati tra le mani davvero tante liste e tutte diverse tra loro. Pertanto abbiamo deciso di pubblicare le migliori in due articoli, la prima parte oggi e le restanti domani.

Lista budget, che volutamente non gioca nessuna carta rara o mitica, essendo quindi valida anche nel formato Artisan Historic. A mio parere questo è un plus dato che l’historic è un formato abbastanza dispendioso di risorse. La carta chiave del mazzo è Whirler Virtuoso che con 3 Decoction Module permette di produrre infiniti totteri. Per la lista non-budget di questo mazzo dovete aspettare la seconda parte che uscirà domani.

Le carte innovative di Kaladesh in questo mazzo sono Metalwork Colossus e Paradox Engine. I primi fanno combo con Momentous Fall, metre il secondo fa value con tutti i “sassi” del mazzo. Interessante anche la scelta di giocare il verde accoppiato con gli artefatti invece del più comune nero.

Dato che Marvel è un archetipo che sembra vedere gioco in historic abbiamo deciso di portare due liste. Questa di particolare ha l’assenza di Ugin, the spirit dragon e della terra/spell Turntimber Symbiosis, quindi è meno orientata a fare all-in e può giocare come un mazzo energy tradizionale. Altra assenza particolare è Servant of the Conduit, che mi lascia un po’ dubbioso, ma capisco che gli slot siano limitati.

La seconda lista di oggi con Marvel, che rinuncia al rosso per avere karn e potenti artefatti dalla side. Anche la quarta copia di Marvel si trova in side: questo dovrebbe privilegiare la consistenza disponendo grazie a Karn di 7 copie virtuali dell’artefatto, ma la parte che un po’ mi lascia perplesso sono i 2 soli Ulamog, The ceaseless hunger.
